What To Know About Your First Class:

  • Wear something comfortable to work out it.
  • Bring grip socks. They are required for safety and cleanliness. We have a variety for sale inside the studio for your convenience. 
  • Bring your favorite  refillable water container - we have icy cold water.
  • When you enter the studio - your instructor will take the time to go over any injuries or goals you may have. 
  • Try our Free Trial Class it is 30 minutes in length and is a great place to start to check out the studio, learn about the equipment and see what a class would be like at Core Path Pilates.
